Emergency Preparedness and Response is a collective responsibility we all share. It enables an effective humanitarian response placing the affected population at the centre of our work. The LAC Humanitarian Action Capacity Building Program includes a list of multi-sectoral readings that are intended to enhance and complement existing staff capacities through a careful review of key essential documents.
