This is an introduction to Health in emergencies. 

The Red Cross and Red Crescent Health activities cover all components of the rapid response mechanisms. It includes Information System (RCHIS) combining the functionality of an Electronic Medical Record (individual patient medical records), Health Information System (de-identified reporting), and health facility management system (human resources and stock management) to improve patient quality of care and medical operational efficiency.
